Do I need an internet connection to use this pool software in the field?
No. Client records, reports and contracts are saved straight onto your phone: you can fill in a diagnostic in a plant room or a villa with no signal, and nothing is lost. Online backup resumes as soon as the connection is back.
How do I cancel my iPool subscription?
Straight from the app: Settings > Subscription > "Manage / cancel my subscription". No commitment, no phone call needed; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. If anything goes wrong, email us at contact.ipoolapp@gmail.com and we'll handle it.
