Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms of service govern access to and use of iPool, an online (SaaS) management software for professional pool technicians, published by Camille Mapoula, sole trader (auto-entreprise), registered under SIRET 814 697 918 00021, 385 avenue Jean Giono, 83630 Régusse, France.

2. Accessing the service

Access to iPool requires creating an account (email address and password) and verifying that email address via a confirmation link. iPool is reserved for professionals acting within their pool service business.

3. Free trial and subscription

• A 14-day free trial is offered when you create your account, no credit card required.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, at the price shown on ipool.app, with no fixed term commitment.
• Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. iPool never has access to your banking details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost and without justification, from within the app: Settings > Subscription > "Manage / cancel my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; your data remains accessible until that date.

5. Your data and your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including data about your own clients. iPool acts as a technical processor under GDPR for your clients' data that you manage in the app — see our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

iPool, its source code, design and brand remain the exclusive property of its publisher. Any reproduction, extraction or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

iPool makes every effort to ensure continuous availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. iPool cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from misuse, from your failure to regularly export your data, or from a case of force majeure.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified at any time; the last update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
